Questions organizers ask first.
How much lead time does an event need?
For full production we recommend 30 days: site visit, show design, and rehearsal all fit inside that window. Rental-only orders can turn around in 48 hours. If your date is closer, tell us anyway — agility is one of our four pillars.
What does redundancy actually mean here?
Every critical path is doubled: backup consoles, spare radios and microphones, duplicate playback machines, and a second signal route to screen and speakers. If one path fails, the audience never knows.
Do you run hybrid and streamed events?
Yes. We treat the remote audience as a second room: dedicated stream mix, program feed cameras, and an operator watching the online experience end to end.
Can you work inside our venue's rules?
That is standard practice. We coordinate directly with venue technical teams on rigging, power, and access, and we carry safety and compliance documentation for every installation.
How does pricing work?
Rental is day-rated by equipment package. Production is quoted per show after a short call about your run of show. Every quote is itemised, and we respond within 24 hours.
